Hoof & Feather’s Beef Curry Sosaties are a beloved staple at a traditional braai. Our sosaties are made from the meat of local free-range cattle with no hormones or anti-biotics. The beef is cubed and then processed in our meat tenderising machine. Needles are stuck repeatedly through the cubes of meat to tenderise it and to ensure the curry marinade will properly infuse the meat. Next, the tenderised meat cubes are placed in the tumbler machine together with the curry marinade. The final product has tenderised, curry sauce infused meat cubes, and slithers of already cooked fat so that the time on the braai is minimal.
We suggest you cook our sosaties on the braai grill. They can be enjoyed on their own, as part of your braai menu, or served with a potato salad, mashed potatoes or cheesy potato bake.
